Noida, New Delhi: Yesterday, on 16th April’s afternoon time has proved bad time for a man who was injured by the BMW dashed against him and he finally died. The BMW car which was allegedly driven by the Mayur Vihar’s resident, which is located at the East Delhi. It was alleged further that the said BMW car’s driver has driven his vehicle in the negligent manner and knocked down four people allegedly and the said driver is on the run.

It is notable that the case is one amongst the number of incidents spotlighting the said rash driving in Delhi and the National Capital region area. It was seen about two weeks earlier, that a student about thirty- two years old was killed in the North Delhi’s Civil Lines area, by a Mercedes Benz.

In the present case, the BMW which has dashed against the man, and as per the Police reports, the said car hit the another car near the Adobe crossing in Noida in the sector- 22/ 24, and then it had hit two people on the bike. Moreover, the said car was seen out of control and as such it has again hit the wall of a nearby house and came to a halt.

The bikers- namely- Gulfam and Anwar were both around twenty years of age, were returning from their work on their held bike and suddenly the said accident took place. While so, the accident also hurt two other persons who were Prem Kumar and Jogendra Bhandari, who were injured in the accident.

Notably, the biker- Gulfam amongst the other received serious head injuries and as such in the night, he lose the battle against the death, and died in the Hospital during treatment.

Moreover, the BMW car after its halting by dashing against the wall, was left as it is by the driver and he fled away as per the Police reports. Moreover, Police also said that “we have seized the car and registered a case under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code, 1960 at the Police Station based at Sector 24. Notably, again the said car is reportedly registered in the name of woman from Haryana.
