Bollywood: One of the famous bollywood actor- Pankaj Tripathi who is well- known for his playing negative characters in the movies has now said to have changed, and now he will be appearing as a Principal of the School in the, especially in films like ‘Agneepath’ and Gangs of Wasseypur.’ But, for a change, he is now seen as a school principal in the bollywood’s new movie- ‘Nil Battey Sannata.’

The film ‘Nil Battey Sannata’ is the Hindi movie directed by Ashwini Iyer Tiwari, and the movie casts number of other actors from the bollywood, including Swara Bhaskar in lead, Ria and Ratna Pathak. While so, the famous negative character playing Pankaj Tripathi, who appeared very down- to- earth, while speaking to the media agency, reportedly, in his interview said that the character of School Principal which he is playing in the ‘Nil Battey Sannat’, is requiring him to teach maths also in the Government school in the movie. Moreover, it is also pointed by him that the story in the movie is based in Agra. While, in the character, he played as a simple common man, and also a very interesting human being.

In an interview he also confirmed that he had played negative roles in most of the movies, like in famous ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’, its sequel, ‘Agneepath’, etc. moreover, he also said that he was good in doing comedy in the theatre days, but he said bollywood industry works in such a way that “when an actor is seen in gangster’s role, he is offered similar roles.” Thus, Pankaj said that as he has now got opportunity of playing different role, he would “break” his “image.” The character he is offered with is not entirely a comical role, however, he is shown in the movie as a sincere man.

Notably, the actor is hailed from a small village from Uttar Pradesh- Bihar Border, namely Belsand in the district of Gopalganj. And also he is from the family of farmers and he was too working in farm. And as he had to struggle hard in Bollywood, he said ‘Nil Battey Sannata’ “is my story.”
