West Bengal: The third phase of the Assembly elections in the West Bengal will be held in the 62 constituencies in four districts. However, a sudden death of CPI- M worker occurred due to the quarrel amongst the parties’ workers.
As today, the said elections were to be conducted in the morning at 7:00 AM. However, it is pointed at around 7: 40 today, the Two CPI- M polling agents allegedly assaulted by TMC workers in the Gayshpur town in Nadia District, and later in an hour, the news of one of such two CPI- M workers death came out.
The it was seen that the said elections are to be held today in the sixty- two constituencies in the 4 districts in West Bengal, in which the twenty- two constituencies from Murshidabad district, seventeen constituencies from Nadia district, seven constituencies from Kolkata and sixteen constituencies from Bardhaman areas included.
It was pointed that there are around 1.37 crores of the voters from around 16,461 polling stations were to cast votes or deciding the fate of 418 candidates across the constituencies. It is also notable that from among all such candidates, the reports says 61 candidates are crorepatis, and eighty candidates are having criminal cases against them and also 65 candidates among them are facing serious cases like murder, rape, etc.
While, so the incident of death of the worker from the CPI- M in the Domkal Assembly seat in Murshidabad, has brought seriousness in the elections. Moreover, the TMC candidate- Samik Hussain found stated that the said death is a result of the fight which was taken place between the Congress and the Left.
It was seen in the Chakdaha in the Nadia District that the TMC supporters allegedly beat the supports from the CPI- M at about 9: 00 AM, today. Also, it was seen at about 11: 30 AM the Eleven persons were detained from the Beleghata area for their allegedly trying to influence the voters in the queue in the North Kolkata, as per the Police officials.
Also, as per the reports from the Baradhaman district, 3 people were injured in Ketugram area after there was a crude bomb explosion.
