Apple CEO in India to announce new iOS App Design and Development Accelerator in Bengaluru

One of the largest technology giant- Apple today, on Wednesday announced that it would establish a Design and Development Accelerator in Bengaluru for iOS apps. The said action is aimed at helping the “support engineering talent” and “accelerate growth” in community of developers in India. Thus, as per company, by early of 2017 the said development centre is planned to open.

While stating in the press statements, the company’s Chief Executive Officer- Tim Cook called the Bengaluru as the “home of India’s startup scene” and also added that the opening of the development centre will help provide additional, specialized support for the “tens of thousands of developers in India” that make apps for iOS.

Moreover, CEO Tim Cook also spoke about the initiative, and said that “India is home to one of the most vibrant and entrepreneurial iOS development communities in the world.” Moreover, praising the coming development, he added that, “with the opening of this new facility in Bengaluru, we are giving developers access to tools which will help them create innovative apps for customers around the world.”

Tim has been on a visit to China, for having meet with the company heads of Didi Chuxing, which is the ride- sharing app in which Apple earlier had invested its One billion dollars, and that time his surprise visit was expected to India.
