Bollywood Superstars- Shah Rukh and Salman got relief when Delhi Court denied registration of FIR against them

New Delhi: In Connection with the complaint against the bollywood superstars- Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan that they hurt religious sentiments by entering the sets of a temple wearing shoes while shooting for reality shown ‘Bigg Boss 9’, the Delhi- based Court today dismissed such complaint, yesterday, on Monday, 6th June. However, the Delhi- based Tis Hazari Court allowed the complainant to produce pre- summoning evidence by coming 14th day of October, 2016.

Here it is notable that the when Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan were shooting at a makeshift temple, as per police, the said temple was a part of the sets in a studio for the reality shown and as such they had no intention to hurt religious sentiments.

Here, the said complaint was lodged by the advocate- Gaurav Gulati and sought the registration of FIR against the said two actors along with the Colors Channel and Director and Producer of the said TV series for alleged offences under sections 295A, 298 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. In the report, it was alleged by the complainant that in a video being circulated, Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan were seen wearing shoes on the sets of the temple while shooting for an episode of Bigg Boss 9.
