New Delhi: The speed in the spreading of the news on Social media can be seen from the recent instance, where a fake news of BSNL- Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited that it is set to offer in just Fifty rupees a 20GB of 3G data to its customer.
BSNL is the state- owned telecom operator in India offering the telecom services to its number of customer. Recently, there was a news on the social media that BSNL is offering 20GB of 3G data at only fifty rupees, which is comparatively much lower cost for having such a huge data and that too in 3G service. However, but today, it is confirmed from the sources that the BSNL is not offering any such scheme and the said news was a faux.
It was seen that there was no official statement as to such offer, from the state- owned telecom entity- BSNL. Moreover, it is also confirmed from the official sources that the said BSNL company has “not officially declared any offer like 20GB 3G data for Rs 50 and neither does the company intends to do so.”
It was earlier learnt that the said scheme was launched for the benefits of the customer of the state- owned telecom entity, under the initiative of Prime Minister- Narendra Modi’s “Digital India” movement.
Also, it was shown that the under this plan the customer of BSNL will be getting the data of 20 Gegabite that too in 3 G, and such data was also shown as can be shared among Five Friends with the other four using the data for Free.
Though, this news would have shocked number of the BSNL users or even other smartphone users, and many of them would also have rushed to the BSNL retail stores for purchasing such plan, but now, sadly, there is no such plan and it’s all hoax.
The news as to such offer was rounding on internet from around 24 hours past. Though such scheme appears much beneficial for the customers, we are now not having other options, besides waiting for any such scheme in future.
