Mumbai: The well known bollywood actress- Priyanka Chopra is now set to receive her second award from the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation, as ‘Best Actress’ of the Year Award.
As this is the second award of Priyanka from the said Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation, she has already received in the year 2011, her first award from the same foundation i.e. for ‘Most Memorable Performance’ for her role in Vishal Bhardwaj’s film ‘Saath Khoon Maaf’.
Now, thirty- three- years old actress will be awarded with the most reputed and honoured Dabasaheb Film Foundation award which will be held at 147th jayanti of the Dadasaheb Phalke (Dhundiraj Govind Phalke) who was the popular film producer and director during 1930s.
It is notable that the celebration at the 147th Jayanti of Dadasaheb Phalke will be held at Mumbai, on 24th day of April.
In the professional life of the bollywood’s actress- Priyanka, she found started making her debut with the movie in Bollywood, i.e. The Hero: Love Story of a Spy, in the year 2003, where she shared the stage with Bollywood’s actors- Preity Zinta and Sunny Deol. In the same year she was also engaged with the Movie- Andaaz, where she shared stage with the Bollwood’s khiladi star- Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta.
Moreover, then she got, even more bigger movies, like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi with Salman and Akhshay and Aitraaz, Don with Shahrukh, Fashion, Dostana with Abhishekh, etc.
