Now, the said ban has forced the German luxury vehicle manufacturer to stop selling the vehicles in the Delhi and NCR market. Now, as the matter is lis pendens, the court will hear the matter on its next date which is fixed in the month of July, after vacation.
The ban is not only opposed by the big carmakers, selling their made cars in India, but also by the Delhi and NCR- based other peoples too. The said stand by the Court was taken, considering the environmental issues in the national capital of India.
