Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s purple lip shading appearance at the 69th Cannes Film Festival got blended responses from her fans and critics. Social media may have panned and jabbed fun at Aishwarya Rai, but Ash says she had no hesitations in donning the shading and is cool about it.
“I work with L’oreal it’s their prerogative and I am cool about it. It is my professional commitment to deliver what they expect from me as their basic ambassador. I get to work with great professionals and they have been magically creative with me,” she said. She is the brand ambassador of cosmetic giant L’Oréal Paris. This is her 15th year at Cannes.
Whatever be the opinion of fans and critics her better half Abhishek Bachchan too discovered her look ‘phenomenal’. “I think she looked fabulous … She generally does.” he said. Aishwarya’s decision of lip shading ended up being a head turner, however her look was trolled broadly in socila media. She combined it with an adorned light pink Rami Kadi dress.
