Also, it was found that he was also allotted a helper.

In the case for which he was convicted was that he was found killing the security guard of his residential complex, as such the Thrissur court in January, this year, convicted him to suffer sentence of life imprisonment, along with additional 24 years and also fined to pay Rs. 80.30 lakh.

The deceased- Security guard- Chandrabose was assaulted by Nisham, who was in an inebriated state and later he rammed his luxury vehicle against him on 29th day of January, 2015. Thus, the guard died on 16th day of February, 2015.

Thus, with the media reports, it was stated to have found that the Jail Authority, taken this convicted- Nisham in the special cells so that he be given a special treatment and will be offered an exemption from working in the jail. Such, special treatment was not ordered by any court, thus, the action is sought to be investigated against, by the IGP. Now, these allegations would be hopefully made clear by the reports which the IGP will be submitting after investigation.
