Mumbai: A German automobile manufacturer- Mercedes-Benz, in its range of luxury vehicles, added a new C-Class 250d variant, by launching the same in India and it is now priced at 44.36 lakhs of rupees (Ex- showroom price at Pune).
This year, the company has completed its third launch with this C-Class 250d variant. Moreover, the company said that it will produce this brand locally from the company’s plant located at Pune, India.
The Managing Director and CEO of the Mercedes Benz India- Roland Folger, who found stated that the C- Class 250d variant which is technologically- advanced is introduced to bolster their position and also the company is feeling confident of continuing its unmatched success in India.
Also, notably, the Mercedes Benz C-Class models are already found available in the petrol as C 200 and C 220d variants.
The company’s advanced transmission system is built- in with C 250d variant and also it is offering 9G- TRONIC, which can be seen in Mercedes- Maybach.
Moreover, as per Roland Folger, the manufacturer is driven to commence the local manufacturing of the C 250d, with the devastating responses for new C- Class and its introduction in India. Further, he added that the “company is confident” about the C 250d’s local production which would build high customer interest with the additional value proposition and also it will increase much availability.
Notably, as can be seen from the sources report, the company is planning this year, to add Twelve New Products, after empowering their hold in India, as was seen in the year 2015 with their Fifteen new Launches.
It was also seen that there is a record of company’s selling reaching up to 13,502 units in India in the year 2015. And it can be compared with 2014’s record which was of 10,201 units sold, and results can be seen of 32 per cent increase in the sell.
Though the price can be seen looking expensive, but still there are number of lovers of Mercedes Benz cars in India and they can pay any costs for making true their dreams of driving attractive vehicles on road.
