Panchkula; Haryana: The State Government of Haryana has filed a FIR- First information Report for the illegal allotment of the prime Land in the Panchkula, which is estimated by it about worth about a hundred crore of rupees in favour of Associated Journals Ltd., as such this has came out for the Gandhis as the fresh trouble in the National Herald Case, because, the said Associated Journals Ltd. is the parents company of the National Herald, which is now defunct mouthpiece of the country’s Congress Party lead by Gandhi Family, reportedly.
Earlier it was seen that a news agency exposed the detailing of the 29th December 2015 the file movement were showing that how Bhupinder Singh Hooda- a former minister overturned legal and official advice from within his government to first illegally re- allot the plot and then condone delays and defaults.
Now, on such information and expose, the Government considered the registration of the FIR with the Police station which is named here as, State Vigilance Bureau- SVB Police Station, in the said location Panchkula, against the Official of the said entity- Associated Journal Ltd., and also against the then Haryana Urban Development Authority’s chairman- Hooda and also against the Chief Administrator of Haryana Urban Development Authority and others. The said FIR is registered involving the provisions of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 like Section 409, 420 and 12B along with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988’s Section 13.
It is notable here, that the said State Vigilance Bureau is the main investigative unit of the Vigilance Department in the State. And now the most important stage of filing the concerned FIR is preferred by it.
Moreover, it is also reportedly, shown that the Government in the State is now considering the reference of the Case to the Central Bureau of Investigation- CBI. And it is because the case requires an expanded jurisdiction as Associated Journal Ltd. has offices across the country and also due to its involving the several known and powerful politicians at the national level.
Moreover, the instances of abuse of power for preparing the false records for allotting the plot at the lowest cost have also be reported in the FIR. Also “camouflage aid” issue is also highlighted in it.
Notably, in the history of the National Herald case, it was seen in the year 2013 that the BJP’s leader- Subramanian Swamy took the matter in the court against the Gandhis and against their company and personnel and in the economic view the matter is really important and most serious in nature.
