Hyderabad, Telangana: Sunrisers Hyderabad, in its home at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad faced the surprising side when they were play against the Delhi Daredevils for match number 42 in IPL- India Premier League. Finally, Sunrisers Hyderabad were required to face their sun set and the night is enjoyed with victory by the Delhi Daredevils.
In the start of the match, a toss won by Delhi Daredevils allowed them to took best decision for their team and Jean- Paul Duminy as such decided to bowl first and thus Sunrisers Hyderabad were put to bat first. After such decision, the Delhi Daredevils’ captain- Jean- Paul Duminy decided to send their bowler Jayant Yadav and this has led to Sunrisers Hyderabad got off to a brilliant start as captain David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan added 67 runs for the first wicket. However, Sunrisers Hyderabad to loss its first wicket when Jayant Yadav removed Warner. Thereafter the team- Sunrisers Hyderabad faced trouble when Chris Morris and Nathan Coulter- Nile bowled very impressively, in the last seven overs, this has helped the Delhi Daredevils to pull things back.
Thus, the inning played by the Sunrisers Hyderabad allowed them to take only 146 target with them, and this was really not difficult for the Delhi Daredevils to beat their opponents.
Moreover, when the second inning of the match started, the Delhi Daredevils sent their two strong batsman Quinton de Kock and Mayank Agarwal for opening the battle against their opponents and from the Sunrisers Hyderabad, Bhuvneshwar Kumar was to bowl the first over. Team- Delhi Daredevils started well by hitting first four in the first over in the match. However, after third over in the match, the audience felt fear of losing the match, when the player Mayank Agarwal lost his wicket after making only 10 runs. But from the very next over, the coming batsman shown their power and strength hitting sixs and fours in the coming overs and this has let the team to touch the target in the very speedy way. The situation was also seen in the match, when the Delhi Daredevils brought their target to score only 3 runs in the twelve balls. And lastly the batsman again shown their power and hit a last six in the match with the full power and Delhi Daredevils won by 7 wickets. In result, the Chris Morris from Delhi’s team got honour of ‘Man of the Match’.
