New Delhi: Yesterday, i.e. on 4th April the honourable Supreme Court of India started with the hearing in the Delhi Rape Case, where the Delhi High Court found upholding the death penalty for the four accused in the case. Now, the matter is brought before the honourable Supreme Court of India, with the appeal against such decision of the lower court, and the Three- Judges bench of the Apex Court, comprising of Justice- Dipak Misra, Justice V.
