Syria: On the recently held bombings in two Syrian Coastal Cities, the United Nations Secretary- General- Ban Ki- Moon condemned the said action of the Islamic State Group. Notably, the bombings were claimed by the IS group. And UN Secretary also voiced the concern about the military escalation in and around Damascus.
It is also notable that the said bombings claimed lives of over an hundred people (148 as per reports). And such blasts were effected in the Bus stations, Hospitals and Power Station in the cities like Tartus and Jableh.
While condemning the said bombings, the UN Secretary General- Ban Ki- moon’s spokesman- Stephane Dujarric also found expressing the “great concern” over the escalating military activity in an around Damascus, partly in Daraya, Aleppo and Idlib and in northern Homs.
While so, four children from the 14 civilians were also killed when bombs blasted in the town of Al- Houla and other villages neighbouring to it, in the last week. This was informed by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Moreover, while so, Ban Ki- moon also claimed that there should justice against those who responsible for the said attacks. Besides, the United States also ‘strongly’ condemning the said attacks.
